Procizo Outsourcing LLC (“Procizo,” “we,” “us”) provides merchant cash advance (MCA) underwriting and back-office services to funding businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through procizo.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of this website and to the business contacts who submit inquiries through it. It does not cover the merchant application files our clients engage us to process — those are governed by our service agreements with each client.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site (for example, a quote request), we collect what you enter: your name, work email address, phone number, city, and your message. As our forms evolve, we may also ask about your business — such as monthly file volume or the service you’re interested in — so we can respond usefully.
Information collected automatically. When you submit a form, we record the submission time, the page you submitted from, and your IP address (used for spam and abuse prevention). Our website also uses analytics tools described under “Cookies and analytics” below, which collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and how you found us.
We do not collect information from children, and this site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you asked about.
- To contact you about your inquiry by email or phone. By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree that we may call or email you about your request. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not use auto-dialers.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To prevent spam, abuse, and security incidents.
- To keep records we need for legal, accounting, and audit purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers (“processors”) who handle data on our behalf under contract:
- Hostinger — website hosting and content delivery.
- Supabase — secure storage of form submissions and our customer-relationship records (hosted in the United States).
- Vercel — hosting for our internal lead-management application.
- Google (Google Analytics 4 / Site Kit) — website analytics.
- Microsoft Clarity — website usage analytics, including anonymized session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors interact with pages.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on our forms.
- Resend (or a similar transactional-email provider) — sending the emails we use to respond to and follow up on inquiries.
Service delivery. Procizo is US-owned and managed from Atlanta, Georgia, with underwriting delivery performed by our contracted processing team in India. If you become a client, information needed to deliver your services may be processed in both the United States and India under our contractual safeguards. Website inquiry data itself is stored in the United States.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition — in which case this policy would continue to apply to the transferred data.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and security:
- Google Analytics 4 (
_gaand related cookies) — traffic measurement and campaign attribution. - Microsoft Clarity (
_clck,_clsk) — usage analytics and session recordings. Recordings mask keystrokes and form entries. - Cloudflare Turnstile — a security check that distinguishes people from bots.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site works with cookies disabled, though analytics will not be recorded. Where a legal framework applies, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of any applicable sharing.
Retention
We keep inquiry records while your inquiry or business relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for the purposes above. If you ask us to delete your information, we anonymize the personal details in your records and keep a minimal suppression entry (your email address) so we don’t contact you again.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by writing to alex@procizo.com.
- Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing alex@procizo.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we honor applicable requests regardless of location.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored with role-based access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we’ll update the version and effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page for at least 30 days. We keep an internal record of each published version.
